Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the duyu.ai platform operated by APPFAB UYGULAMA FABRİKASI YAZILIM A.Ş. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

duyu.ai is an AI-powered platform that connects to your company's email inbox(es), detects incoming job application emails using artificial intelligence, extracts structured applicant data, and enables your team to review, manage, and respond to applicants through a web-based dashboard.

2. Account Registration

• You must sign up using a valid Google or GitHub account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
• You must provide accurate organization and contact information during onboarding.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any purpose other than managing job applications and candidate communications.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or unsolicited content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Mailbox Connection and Email Processing

• By connecting a mailbox, you authorize duyu.ai to access and read incoming emails for the sole purpose of detecting job applications.
• You represent that you have the authority to grant this access for the mailboxes you connect.
• We process email content through OpenAI's API. Email data sent to OpenAI is governed by OpenAI's API data usage policy, which prohibits training on API inputs.

5. Automated Responses

When enabled, duyu.ai sends automated acknowledgment emails to applicants on your behalf. You are responsible for the content templates configured in your account. We are not liable for any consequences arising from automated replies sent through the service.

6. Subscription and Payment

• duyu.ai offers a free trial period as indicated on the pricing page.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The duyu.ai platform — including its software, design, logos, and documentation — is the property of APPFAB UYGULAMA FABRİKASI YAZILIM A.Ş. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you provide to the service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated classifications or data extraction.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ankara Courts and Ankara Enforcement Offices.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
